Products will usually be dispatched within three working days, (unless specified ) of receipt of your order payment.
We will dispatch orders within 3-5 working days if stock is available. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. We will send you an email letting you know once your item(s) have been despatched.

At Evthokia, we're committed to respecting your privacy and we will not pass on your details to third parties.
We will only use the details you give us to process and dispatch orders, or to communicate with you about Evthokia products and services (if you have opted in to our mailing list).
We do not store your credit card details on our servers and all credit card processing is undertaken by our payment providers PayPal.
If you do not wish to receive emails from us, please contact us and we will make sure that we omit your details from our mailing lists.
- Returns & Replacements

You can return any unwanted items within seven working days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging and condition.
We can only offer a refund or exact replacement for your return item, we cannot offer to exchange an item for a different item.
This does not affect your statutory rights.All refunds will be made to the original card used for payment. Your refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible, usually within 7 days, but at some busy periods this may take up to 28 days. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during an online order are non-refundable.
If an item has been specially produced for you by commission or for large trade orders we assume that you have already tested smaller samples and are aware of the quality and type of product you are ordering. We will therefore only accept returns due to quality issues on trade orders and commission pieces. Trade customers should be aware that slightly different distance selling regulations are in place for business to business selling and should look up the information via the government websites to inform themselves of their rights and responsibilities.

Our latest prices are reflected on this website. Payment is processed through our secure payment providers PayPal so we do not store your credit card details on our own servers. From time to time we may have special prices and promotions on offer, which are only available during the time specified.
