Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to destinations throughout the UK including all postcodes in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Small, light orders are dispatched with Royal Mail (First Class). Large and/or heavy orders are generally dispatched by courier service.

Items sent First Class post should be received the next working day from when we mark your order as dispatched (although at certain periods of the year this may take longer). Courier delivery takes 3-5 days from dispatch.

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 2 working days. We will always let you know if there is going to be a delay or we are temporarily out of stock.

As a lot of our items are heavy and fragile we generally work on a 'per packet weight' system. This helps to ensure that all of our customers get the best value for money and that larger and more delicate items are securely and safely packaged.

The price of delivery will continue to increment by a pound per kilogram up to a maximum price of £30.

We deliver to the following European countries:

Delivery is either via AirMail for very small packages or via courier (land, air or ship) for larger items. As we try to keep our delivery costs low delivery may take between 4 - 8 days to European destinations.

The easiest way to check the cost of delivery is by adding to your basket, and then clicking on the calculate my delivery (selecting your own country) in the main shopping basket page. As a very general guide: delivery to European destinations (including the Republic of Ireland but not Northern Ireland) starts at £2.00. For each extra small item such as balloons or coasters there will be a 50p surcharge. Delivery for crockery (due to the heavy weight and fragility of the item) starts at £5.00.

Evthokia Limited delivers Internationally to countries including China, the USA, Australia, Canada, Argentina, Brazil and India.

We have tried to implement a fair delivery price structure for our International customers - but you should be aware that delivery costs will increase dramatically for very heavy orders. International delivery starts at £3 for small items and £10 for large. To estimate the cost of your International Delivery you can use the tool within the shopping basket by inputting your country and clicking through for a 'quote'. Delivery is always via courier - and usually takes between 6 - 10 days from dispatch.

For our non UK customers - particularly those in International Destinations or outside of the EU we strongly recommend that you look up your own countries import and export laws and regulations. You may be unable to import certain types of product to your country and you may have to pay fees. All Customs duties that may be levied as well as costs associated with items being held at Customs are the responsibility of the customer or business ordering from Evthokia.

If your order is very large or heavy (over 20kg) then we may have to arrange special or container shipping to you - particularly to International destinations that cannot be delivered to from mainland Europe by land. On rare occasions this may need to incur extra charge - in which case we will let you know of the updated prices and you can choose whether to go ahead or to arrange your own shipping. If you choose to arrange your own shipping we will refund any shipping charges that were added during checkout.

For very large trade orders where items are being specially produced for you we may ship to you direct from our manufacturing bases.

Our General Retail customers can return any unwanted items within seven working days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging and condition.

We can only offer a refund or exact replacement for your return item, we cannot offer to exchange an item for a different item.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All refunds will be made to the original card used for payment. Your refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible, usually within 7 days, but at some busy periods this may take up to 28 days. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during an online order are non-refundable.

If an item has been specially produced for you by commission or for large trade orders we assume that you have already tested smaller samples and are aware of the quality and type of product you are ordering. We will therefore only accept returns due to quality issues on trade orders and commission pieces. Trade customers should be aware that slightly different distance selling regulations are in place for business to business selling and should look up the information via the government websites to inform themselves of their rights and responsibilities.
